MICHAEL TIDWELL, Partner - A lifelong resident of Greenfield, Mike grew up in an insurance environment. His father, Velton, was a partner in Doyle & Tidwell Insurance Agency, which would become TNT Insurance Agency in the early 1990s. Mike came to TNT in 1983 after his graduation from San Jose State University and quickly became immersed in all facets of insurance. He and his partner John purchased the business from Velton in 1992 and have continued the TNT tradition of service. His focus is on commercial and farm/agribusiness coverages, but he'll work on any assignment. Such is the nature of a hands-on insurance agency owner!

PATRICIA MALLOBOX, Personal Insurance Manager - Patricia brought many years of business and office experience to TNT when she joined our staff in 1993. She heads our personal insurance division and has become adept at making homeowners and auto coverages and concepts understandable to our clients. Her Spanish-speaking abilities have proven to be a real plus with that segment of our clientele. Patricia and her family are longtime residents of Soledad, an important part of our service area.

CHRISTINA RENDON, Personal Insurance - Christina, likewise fluent in Spanish, is another of our personal insurance specialists and helps our clients understand the varied coverages within their policies. She processes policies and policy changes and makes sure the data in our agency management system is up to date. She's also devoting increasing attention to the health insurance segment of our business. Her husband, Joe, is a partner in an auto parts store in Greenfield.

AARON CHAVEZ, Commercial & Personal Insurance - Aaron came to TNT Insurance Agency by way of his partnership in TNT Realty. His real estate clients have appreciated his hands-on approach and attention to detail, and he brings the same philosophy to his insurance clients. Aaron's another lifelong resident of Southern Monterey County, with a personal involvement in our agricultural community.

JOHN PEKEMA, Partner - With a degree in journalism from California State University, Fresno, John came to Southern Monterey County in 1977 after accepting a position as editor of the Greenfield News. He later became general manager of Southern Monterey County's four-newspaper group but changed careers in 1991 when he accepted an offer to join TNT Insurance Agency. He and Mike purchased the business a year later. Like his partner, he has become familiar with the complexities of both personal and business insurance. John's also the primary contact for life insurance products.

DELLA SALAS, Office Manager - As our office manager, Della pays the bills, sends the bills and keeps the books. Her knowledge of the various billing methods used by our companies pays dividends for customers with questions about premium payments. Because TNT is locally accessible, we answer billing questions and accept premium payments in our office for a great many clients. Della makes sure those payments find their way to the right companies. Della and her husband Tony are lifelong Greenfield residents.

CARMEN RUIZ, Personal & Commercial Insurance - Carmen is the newest member of our staff and helps clients with virtually any type of inquiry. When you come into our office, or phone us, chances are Carmen is the first person you'll see or speak with. And like all of us, she has a deep familiarity with Southern Monterey County. Carmen is a long time resident of South County and lives in Soledad with her husband Salvador.
